We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Management Specialist to join our delivery team on upcoming industrial projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts, procurement, and financial control from start to finish. You will work closely with the project manager and site team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction contract delivery, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and experience working with project management software such as Cheops, Jobpac, and Procore.
Key Responsibilities:- Full contract administration across major subcontract packages
- Prepare scopes, tender and let trades, negotiate and finalize agreements
- Track budgets, manage cost reports and payment schedules
- Administer progress claims, variations, and subcontractor payments
- Liaise with site teams, consultants, and client representatives
- Maintain contract documentation and compliance with D&C obligations
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Contract Administrator
- Experience across at least 2–3 industrial projects valued $5M+
- Strong understanding of D&C contract delivery
- Familiar with Cheops, Jobpac, and Procore
- Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
