Water Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist

Job Description

As a Water Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of water infrastructure projects. Your responsibility will be to monitor and inspect construction activities to guarantee adherence to specifications, policies, and procedures.

  • You will maintain daily records and report on site construction works, on-site issues, and construction progress to project managers.
  • Monitoring and reporting contractors' safety, environmental, and quality management on site is also crucial to your role.

In this position, you will work closely with contractors and various teams to plan and execute shutdown and connection activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess extensive experience in civil and/or mechanical construction, including water and wastewater infrastructure, or relevant similar experience.

  • Managing contract works, including monitoring compliance with specifications and standards, is also a key requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders are essential.
