Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in the Executive Lounge, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • The ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Australian working rights.

  • A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
