As a Luxury Hospitality Concierge Associate at The Ritz-Carlton, you will play a crucial role in delivering these high standards to our guests.

Your Role

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.

This includes greeting guests warmly, engaging them in conversation, and responding to their requests in a timely and professional manner.

You will also supply guests with information about property amenities, services, and local areas of interest, and assist with special arrangements or services as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and engage them in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Supply guests with information about property amenities, services, and local areas of interest.
  • Assist with special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
  • Answer and record all guest calls, messages, and requests in a timely and accurate manner.

Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You should have a strong knowledge of local area attractions and services, as well as the ability to provide guidance and support to guests.

A background in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable, and you should have a valid RSA certification.
