  • As a Systems Engineer, Level 3 supporting operations in Australia, you will play a critical role in the design, maintenance, and reliable operation of computer systems at secure client sites. You will ensure optimal system performance, maintain data integrity, and provide technical support for network, hardware, and software infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Design and define system architecture for new and existing computer systems.">
  3. Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems.">
  4. Provide technical support for networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures.">
  5. Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware and software issues.">
  6. Train end users on the proper use of hardware and software.">
  7. Install and upgrade operating systems and software packages.">
  8. Monitor and tune systems for optimal performance.">
  9. Ensure data integrity with standard software and hardware solutions.">
  10. Perform regular backups and database archiving to ensure recoverability.">
  11. Conduct hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with policies and standards.">
  12. Ensure systems meet performance and security requirements.">
  13. Evaluate existing systems and assist in long-term planning strategies.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
