Job Title: Senior Technical Systems Professional

Job Description:

  • System Administration and Architecture: We are seeking a skilled system administrator to support operations in Alice Springs. As a key member of our team, you will design, maintain, and ensure the reliable operation of computer systems at a secure client site.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for moderately complex hardware and software issues, as well as training end users on the proper use of hardware and software.
  • System Performance and Security: Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware and software issues, monitor and tune systems for optimal performance, and ensure data integrity with standard software and hardware solutions.
  • Long-term Planning and Strategy: Evaluate existing systems and assist in long-term planning strategies, ensuring systems meet performance and security requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience and Certifications: Proven experience in systems administration and architecture, strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues, ability to work independently in a secure environment, DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification, and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED and 19 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree in any field and 14 years of relevant experience.
