About the Role

Are you a seasoned financial professional looking to expand your client base and deliver exceptional service to a diverse portfolio? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong communication skills, and are passionate about delivering tailored wealth management solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with existing clients to uncover their financial needs, build relationships, and offer customized wealth management strategies;
  • Collaborate with Accounting & Tax teams to identify client needs and deliver relevant wealth solutions;
  • Drive new client acquisition through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and leading initial discovery meetings;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments to deliver informed client strategies and enhance market competitiveness;
  • Lead discovery meetings with new and existing clients to assess their financial needs, identify gaps, and connect them with Wealth Management experts and solutions;
  • Oversee sales from initial prospecting through to closing, maintaining control of the pipeline;
  • Manage key client relationships during onboarding and transitions, collaborating with Adviser teams for a seamless client experience;
  • Foster relationships with Accountants, Advisers, and specialists to identify and develop wealth opportunities;
  • Act as a business partner to Accounting & Wealth Management teams, fostering credibility and collaboration for joint business growth and client engagement;
  • Coordinate with Servicing Adviser teams for efficient client service and transition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of Financial Advice experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to grow client base via strategic pipeline oversight, referral development, and targeted acquisition efforts;
  • Background in professional services, working with Accounting, Tax, or Business Advisory functions (desirable); AND
  • Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
