About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Expert Financial Strategist to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.

This position supports the Head of Growth Development in driving new client acquisition for our Wealth advice division.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, enhancing the experience for prospective clients, and addressing unmet needs of existing clients.

By collaborating across teams, you'll provide tailored advice on wealth, lending, and insurance, ensuring every client receives holistic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with existing clients to uncover financial needs and offer tailored wealth management solutions;
  • Collaborate with teams to uncover client needs and deliver relevant wealth strategies;
  • Drive new client acquisition through strategic prospecting and relationship-building;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to deliver relevant client strategies;
  • Lead discovery meetings with new and existing clients to assess financial needs and identify financial gaps;
  • Oversee sales from initial prospecting through to closing, maintaining strong control of the pipeline;
  • Manage key client relationships during onboarding and transitions, while collaborating with teams to ensure a seamless client-focused experience;
  • Foster relationships with professionals to identify and develop wealth opportunities;
  • Act as a business partner to drive joint business growth and client engagement;
  • Coordinate with teams to support efficient client service and transition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Financial Advice experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to grow client base via strategic pipeline oversight, referral development, and targeted acquisition efforts;
  • Background in professional services, working with Accounting, Tax, or Business Advisory functions (desirable); AND
  • Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
