Contribute to our mission, Technology for Life, by joining our team as a Service Workshop Coordinator. This role plays a key part in supporting workshop and services operations by providing job coordination, administration, and logistics support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Service Team Leader with timely delegation of jobs;
  • Maintain accurate customer, service, and equipment records in the CRM;
  • Assess incoming jobs and flag any delays to customers;
  • Inventory control, ordering, and issuing to jobs and technicians;
  • Prepare cost estimations and conduct works reports, and request POs from customers.
  • Administration and data entry;
  • Assist with workshop and presales service work as required;
  • Receive, unpack, record, and distribute received goods to relevant area;
  • Decontamination of incoming devices for service if required;
  • Packing and dispatching equipment, training, and marketing goods;
  • Forklift operation;
  • Apply a compliance-focused mindset across all operations, and;
  • Ensure a safety-first approach.
Requirements:
  • 2 to 4+ years' experience in a similar service coordination and logistics support role;
  • Well-versed in effectively articulating company and product information to customers;
  • Proficient in various computer software, including Microsoft Office suite of applications;
  • Exposure to using SAP or other ERP or CRM systems will be highly advantageous;
  • Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Exemplary understanding of compliance rules, with a proactive mindset and the ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards;
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, organisational, and task management skills;
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn, and;
  • Forklift License or willingness to obtain.
