Key Responsibilities:- Support the Service Team Leader with timely delegation of jobs;
- Maintain accurate customer, service, and equipment records in the CRM;
- Assess incoming jobs and flag any delays to customers;
- Inventory control, ordering, and issuing to jobs and technicians;
- Prepare cost estimations and conduct works reports, and request POs from customers.
- Administration and data entry;
- Assist with workshop and presales service work as required;
- Receive, unpack, record, and distribute received goods to relevant area;
- Decontamination of incoming devices for service if required;
- Packing and dispatching equipment, training, and marketing goods;
- Forklift operation;
- Apply a compliance-focused mindset across all operations, and;
- Ensure a safety-first approach.
- 2 to 4+ years' experience in a similar service coordination and logistics support role;
- Well-versed in effectively articulating company and product information to customers;
- Proficient in various computer software, including Microsoft Office suite of applications;
- Exposure to using SAP or other ERP or CRM systems will be highly advantageous;
- Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Exemplary understanding of compliance rules, with a proactive mindset and the ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards;
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, organisational, and task management skills;
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn, and;
- Forklift License or willingness to obtain.
