Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Analyst to join our Regional Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Account Managers and Branch Managers to provide valuable support to clients.

  • You will act as an additional formal point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Initiating branch prudential management tasks to ensure compliance and risk management.
  • Conducting comprehensive Compliance Due Diligence (CDD) risk analysis in Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF), Know Your Client (KYC) requirements and other associated day-to-day operational tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong interest in food and agribusiness, with previous experience in a similar role.
  • Clients-focused skills with a positive attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with sound agribusiness financial literacy.
