Agribusiness Financial Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agribusiness Financial Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our business advisory team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial services to our clients.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to take on a leadership role in our agribusiness practice. You will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance to clients across all aspects of business advisory, including:

  • Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Providing tax planning and compliance services
  • Supporting clients with bookkeeping and account reconciliation functions

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in areas such as farm business consulting, succession planning, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and best practices in agribusiness finance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality projects and meet deadlines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a public practice accounting firm or related field
  • Current studies towards CA/CPA qualification or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of Australian taxation laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
