About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering digital solutions that support our clients' sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end ESG reporting platform solutions, including system architecture and data integration strategies.
  • Facilitate strategic client workshops to define ESG/EHS technology requirements.
  • Translate technical requirements into clear business recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
  • Identify optimisation and standardisation opportunities through process mapping workshops with cross-functional client teams.
  • Design current-state and future-state process maps that optimise ESG reporting workflows across departments.
  • Benchmark client ESG capabilities from a technology/data lens through gap analysis and maturity assessments.
  • Evaluate technology vendors and support proposal development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Commerce, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or technology implementation consulting.
  • High proficiency in process mapping and workflow optimisation tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful client engagements and achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Good proficiency in data analysis tools, visualisation platforms, and enterprise software systems.
