We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Sustainability & ESG Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our sustainability strategies and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sustainability and ESG strategies in line with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct assessments and audits to measure our environmental impact and compliance with sustainability standards.
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics, helping to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices throughout the organization.
- Stay up to date on trends, regulations, and developments in the sustainability and ESG arenas.
- Prepare and present reports for internal stakeholders and external disclosures related to sustainability and ESG performance.
- Engage with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and community partners, to promote Tagaddod's sustainability initiatives.
- Support the company in obtaining sustainability certifications and maintaining compliance with ESG-related regulations.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives that promote a culture of sustainability within the organization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in sustainability reporting tools and software.
- Passion for sustainability and commitment to making a positive impact on the environment and society.
