About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Cuscal. As a key member of our People and Culture function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Employee Experience: Design and deliver programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall experience.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Organizational Development: Provide guidance and support to business leaders on organizational design, change management, and process improvement.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, employee experience, and organizational development.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights.
