About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a flexible working arrangement, reporting directly into an engaging and seasoned HR Leader. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in conceiving, planning, and implementing great ideas and initiatives that attract, engage, and retain people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the P&C team and your specific portfolio (approx 150) to advise and coach across the employee lifecycle, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership on a range of people initiatives and development programs, collaborating ongoingly with the broader P&C team - sharing of ideas is highly valued.
  • Develop and implement L&D initiatives, with about 30% of your time dedicated to this area, which you've had exposure to or is of keen interest to you.
Requirements
  • Exposure to working in a business environment with a large leadership team.
  • Ideal for P&C Generalists with a flair for Learning & Development.
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Experience managing your own client group or similar.
