As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to designated areas. Your primary focus will be on coordinating logistics, including rosters, training matrices, audits, and compliance. You will also manage site mobilisation requirements, ensuring accurate time-sheet entries and induction processes.

Additionally, you will oversee work order administration, labour entries, purchase orders, and warranty processing. Maintaining inventory control is crucial, including safety supplies (PPE), uniforms, and departmental stationery. You will deliver exceptional customer service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments.

Our ideal candidate will have highly developed administrative skills, with previous experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships. Advanced computer literacy skills are required, with previous SAP experience advantageous.

High attention to detail is vital, along with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives. Strong time management, planning, and organisational skills are necessary to manage multiple priorities and meet objectives. Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously is also essential.
