We're looking for a motivated Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate ourhireoperations based out of our Karratha Depot.In this pivotal role, you'll use your strong communication, planning, and organisational skills to manage wet hire operations, build schedules, allocate drivers efficiently, and ensure service excellence and compliance.This is a residential role and no FIFO options will be considered.Key Responsibilities:Lead the coordination of buses / vehicles / equipment for both wet and dry hire, ensuring timely availability and top-quality condition of assetsCreate safe, compliant, and efficient driving schedules for wet hire bus servicesMonitor and ensure driver compliance with company procedures and fatigue management requirementsProfessionally communicate with clients, providing updates on vehicle availability, delays and forward planningOversee the allocation and maintenance of hire fleet vehicles to meet client requirementsOversee collection and timely submission of all relevant paperworkMaintain professional communication with customers and driversSupport the delivery of exceptional service across a major off-site bussing tender and wet hire contractsBe on-call for after-hours operational emergenciesWork closely with the depot Workshop Manager and admin team for all dry hire operationsDevelop and grow strong relationships with high-value customersIdentify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a "can-do" attitude and a customer-first approachAbout You:Proven experience in passenger transport scheduling is essentialA capable and proactive supervisor with strong operational and organisational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressureConfident using Microsoft Office programs and OutlookMechanical aptitude or hands-on vehicle experience (highly desirable)Hold a clean and current C class Licence – previous bus driving experience will be highly regarded for internal training and compliance purposesAbility to pass regular drug and alcohol testingWhy Join Us?
