We're seeking a Head of Data to lead our IT and Digital Enablement team in Clayton, Melbourne. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll grow a team of data scientists/engineers to build robust data, analytical, and AI practices, delivering insights and driving growth.

Your strategic capabilities will align people, process, and technology to increase competitive advantage. You'll leverage your expertise to contribute to tech strategy, representing a future-oriented view of evolving fields, and make the business ready to adapt and harness advantages for efficiency and growth.

As a thought leader, you'll co-create with the business on AI strategy, safely utilizing and deploying it throughout the organization to drive efficiency and enable value creation.

* Accountable for business intelligence platforms, standard reporting platforms, and descriptive analytics and visualization capability
* Accountability for Advanced Analytics delivery capability
* Development of AI capability across the group
* Influencing a data-driven culture
