About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data to join our IT and Digital Enablement team in Melbourne. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our data strategy, ensuring that our data management practices are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Lead the development and maintenance of data governance practices and principles
  • Oversee the development and implementation of business intelligence platforms and standard reporting platforms
  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics delivery capability
  • Develop and implement AI capability across the group to enable the implementation of usage cases to demonstrate tangible business value and operational efficiency
  • Influence and enhance a data-driven culture for DuluxGroup through community, people, and talent development
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a strong team
Requirements
  • Significant people leadership experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and evidence of currency
  • Relevant experience demonstrating growth in technical capability
  • Great commercial acumen and the ability to tell a compelling story
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
