Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by providing timely and accurate advice on loan payout figures, break out costs, loan statements, and other mortgage-related enquiries.
  • Calculate and process interest reconstructions to mortgage accounts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Process and prepare requests to discharge securities efficiently.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgagees, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth settlements.
  • Arrange for document production and registration as required.
  • Contribute to daily loan funding operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
