Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of benefit payments for Superannuation clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legislative limits and Trustee requirements, with the ability to process benefit payments accurately and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in Superannuation, as no prior experience is required.

  • Action workflow documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Index outgoing correspondence via Document Manager.
  • Prepare benefit payments for processing (Departing Australian Superannuation Payments/Financial Hardships/Compassionate Grounds/Death).
  • Process member account updates with a focus on accuracy.
  • Check completed simple benefit payments for errors.
  • Respond to client enquiries within Service Level Agreements.
