This is a broad and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in shaping how finance partners with the business, driving performance, and building trusted relationships across the organisation.About the Role As Senior Business Partner, you'll work closely with executives, managers, and operational leaders to provide financial insights that truly add value.
You'll combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement to support decision-making, guide planning processes, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic and business planning process, ensuring objectives are aligned with meaningful performance metrics Partner with operations to understand drivers of cost and value, turning analysis into actionable insights Develop and embed effective forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tools Create reporting that cuts through complexity, highlights key issues, and tells the story behind the numbers Identify risks and opportunities, providing clear, forward-looking analysis to support confident decisions Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, reporting, and systems About You: CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience in business partnering and performance reporting Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into commercial insights Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Curiosity to learn from operations and understand the business beyond the numbers Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to deliver both immediate and long-term value This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated finance professional to step into a role where you can make a genuine impact on both Finance and the wider business.How to Apply Please click 'Apply' to submit your resume online or contact Mark Charlton on for a confidential discussion.
