In this role, you will be instrumental in partnering with our Queensland Child, Youth and Families teams to assess, understand and respond to business demand for strategic and operational P&C support in line with our strategic goals and culture. You will play a pivotal role as a visible leader across the business to partner, develop a culture that encourages accountability and collaboration.

You will be hands-on in your approach with a deep technical knowledge of best practice HR business partnering, in an evolving and often tactical environment. This is a full-time position which offers the flexibility to work from your preferred location, whether that is your home or from one of our South East Queensland-based offices.

This role requires:

  • Develop and support the P&C strategy
  • Implement, model and support national P&C service delivery standards
  • Develop creative solutions to business challenges in line with relevant workforce strategy
  • Facilitate organisational redesign activities from structure, process and culture perspectives including the use of effective change management techniques
  • Provide professional advice and coaching support to business leadership teams on a range of P&C related issues
  • Ensure a high level of quality in customer service, and provision of effective and efficient delivery of P&C services
