Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service professional to join our team. As a Care Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage assigned customers and ensure timely resolution of their queries;
- Foster strong relationships with clients to facilitate access to services according to their needs;
- Promptly respond to phone calls, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records;
- Provide proactive support and guidance to clients;
- Actively promote new products and services to existing clients.
Requirements:
">- Minimum 2 years experience in inbound/outbound phone-based customer service role (preferably medical or insurance industry);
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability;
- Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Word and Excel; strong numeracy skills and typing speed;
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team;
- Knowledge of medical terminology, workers compensation processes/legislation, and/or life insurance industry experience is desirable but not essential.
