
Full-Time Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and professional administrator to support our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all administrative tasks relating to branch operations, providing administrative assistance to the State General Manager and Service Supervisor, and liaising with customers, suppliers, management, and staff consistent with a commitment to excellence.
- Process internal orders, invoices, freight invoices, and supplier invoices.
- Assist Service Supervisor with service scheduling and associated operational tasks.
- Organise incoming and outgoing freight for sales customers.
- Assist State General Manager with stock control and coordinating stock take.

We require an administration all-rounder with excellent planning and coordination skills, excellent teamwork skills, exceptional customer service skills, strong financial background, high level organisational skills, ability to communicate effectively by phone and email, and a positive, flexible, adaptable can-do attitude and approach.
