About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Platform Product Lead to join our team at The Iconic. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering multiple data strategies through the development of our data platform.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our data engineering projects.

Responsibilities
  • Bridge technology and business value by designing, delivering, and testing solutions that meet business needs.
  • Support the development of our data platform, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Analyse current performance, experiment with new ways of working, improve team engagement, and measure and surface agile metrics to drive team velocity.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an agile and product environment, preferably in the Data space.
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and good stakeholder and relationship management.
  • Experience in supporting and delivering data engineering projects, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
  • Good understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data processing, and data storage.
  • Ability to document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and/or charts.
