Brand Experience Innovator

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to lead our brand experience initiatives. As a Brand Experience Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and executing promotional activities that connect with our audience and drive business results.
About the RoleThis role requires someone who is passionate about creating engaging experiences that reflect our brand's tone and personality. You'll work closely with our content teams to bring shows to life through creative audience experiences, content monetisation, and client integration.
- Develop and execute on-air, online, and on-the-ground activations that deliver against key objectives.
- Design street team campaigns and collaborate on branded content to ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand values.
We need someone with:
- Proven experience in brand promotions or audience engagement.
- Strong creative thinking and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with content teams, talent, and commercial stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of our brand's tone and audience, and a passion for creating experiences that resonate.

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in brand marketing or promotions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful brand campaigns.
