As an Education Innovator, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of cutting-edge curriculum programs that embody the principles of the Reggio Emilia Approach.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach and have the ability to guide and support educators in developing curriculums that promote holistic child development.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and evaluate curriculum programs aligned with the Reggio Emilia Approach.
- Mentor and coach educators to enhance their teaching practices and contribute to outstanding outcomes for children and staff.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with educational professionals to stay at the forefront of best practices in early childhood education.
- Model and promote effective pedagogical approaches within our organization.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Valid Working with Children Check or equivalent clearance.
- Prior experience as an educational leader or mentorship role preferred.
