Job Description

The Training Systems Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge training solutions to our clients. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that cater to the unique needs of our customers.

This role requires a deep understanding of training methodologies, including adult learning principles and instructional design strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and courseware development using MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

In addition to technical skills, this position demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the successful candidate to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in training operations, preferably in the defence or aerospace industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and LMS administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer requirements and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116/22).
