Wellbeing Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Wellbeing Support Specialist to join our team in delivering holistic wellbeing approaches in a residential aged care setting.
As a key member of the care team, you will support the delivery of activities that enhance individual wellbeing and lifestyle needs, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and social inclusion.
The role involves providing one-on-one resident support, reviewing wellbeing care plans and assessments, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for residents.
To be successful in this role, you will possess relevant qualifications in ageing support or a related field, knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, and up-to-date vaccinations.
