Geelong Grammar School is a world-renowned co-educational boarding and day school, committed to making a positive difference for students, staff and the community.

We have multiple positions available across our Corio, Toorak and Bostock House campuses. These casual roles support teachers and students to maximise learning opportunities for students with diverse needs.

The successful applicant will collaborate with Classroom Teachers and specialist teachers to ensure students' needs are addressed through the teaching and learning programme.

About the Role

  • Assist Classroom and Specialist Teachers to address students' needs through the teaching and learning programme.
  • Support Individual Learning Plans of students requiring individualised support.
  • Work with small groups of students to support development in all curriculum areas.
  • Maintain positive and supportive interactions with all teachers, parents and relevant consultants.

About You

  • Qualifications or experience as a School Learning Facilitator/Integration Aide.
  • Possess a passion and ability to cater to the individual learning needs of students, particularly those with specific learning and behavioral difficulties.
  • Experience supporting students' learning and behavior.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to develop rapport with students, parents and guardians.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
