Mental Health and School Wellbeing Leader

We are seeking a Mental Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team in supporting student wellbeing across the school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive wellbeing program that promotes mental health literacy and capacity within our community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with external services to support students' mental health, wellbeing, and learning needs.
- Design and embed a Biblically-shaped wellbeing program that fosters a positive and supportive school environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to boost mental health literacy and provide resources for student referrals.
- Qualified teacher with current registration from the relevant teaching authority.
- Experience in supporting students' mental health, wellbeing, or learning by developing connections with external services.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with staff, students, and parents.
- Current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis Certificate or willingness to obtain these prior to commencement.
- Commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education.
