Customer Service Representative">

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Promote upselling opportunities by recommending relevant property facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Process room reservations, manage rooming lists and update information accurately and efficiently in our systems.
