Guest Service Agent Job Description

The Night Guest Service Agent plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, guaranteeing a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Extend a warm welcome to every guest, fostering a positive atmosphere at the reception desk.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, exceeding expectations at every turn.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete daily tasks, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and organized process.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Be available to work flexible shifts between 10:00pm and 6:00am, Monday to Sunday.

Qualifications and Skills:

While previous experience as a Guest Service Agent is desirable, it is not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate and support their growth within the company.
