Autism SA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our Home, Living, and Lifestyle department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a number of services, providing day-to-day support and guidance to staff, and ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of staff to achieve high performance and sustain quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans and risk assessments to manage risk mitigations and achieve client outcomes.
- Monitor and approve expenditure within program budgets, ensuring alignment with KPIs and operational viability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property and DCP licencing requirements.
- Provide after-hours on-call support to programs operating outside of business hours.
- Substantial experience in leading and managing teams to achieve high performance.
- Degree-level qualifications in Behavioural Science, Developmental Education, Disability, Health, or Community Service Management.
- DHS Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check.
