Workforce Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing operational support and guidance to our staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, with experience in onboarding, probation, appraisal, and offboarding processes. You will also have excellent knowledge of local employment laws and compliance practices.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for HR operational matters, providing support to our staff and locations. You will oversee payroll inputs and processing via our HRIS system, as well as coordinate time-off and absence management.
You will also ensure that our hub complies with local employment laws, safeguarding practices, and organizational policies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our workforce.
Requirements:- Relevant Professional HR qualification, such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent regional accreditation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or operational role, preferably in a multi-site or international setting.
- Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR compliance practices.
