Making a positive difference in underserved communities is crucial. As a Workforce Officer, you'll play a vital role in strengthening Australia's Home and Community Aged Care workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support candidates throughout their journey – from initial enquiry through to referral into meaningful employment and training pathways
- Assess candidate suitability and help identify clear career paths
- Provide guidance, coaching, and assistance with resumes, applications, and interviews
- Collaborate closely with the Engagement Team to refer candidates to suitable employers and training providers
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in recruitment, workforce development, employment services, or candidate support – minimum 5-7 years' relevant experience. You'll also require strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching, as well as organisational and time management skills.
