People Operations Manager

The People Operations Manager plays a vital role in supporting the workforce by delivering HR services and support within designated areas. This position is responsible for leading teams, equipping staff with necessary tools, and ensuring consistent application of policies and best practices across local offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide operational support to local offices, focusing on policy implementation and compliance.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, development, and separation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and processing through the HRIS system.
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to local employment laws and organisational policies.
- Possession of a relevant Professional qualification in HR.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or operational role.
- In-depth knowledge of local employment law and compliance practices.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
This role requires a practicing Christian who fully agrees with the organisation's Statement of Faith.
