Workforce Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Workforce Officer.

About the Role:

  • Support candidates throughout their entire journey from initial engagement through to successful placement in meaningful employment and accredited or non-accredited training pathways.
  • Coordinate and connect candidates with aged care and disability providers, training organisations, and community stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up candidate leads with personalized support and guidance.
  • Assess candidate suitability and help identify clear career pathways and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and assistance with resumes, applications, and interviews to enhance candidate success.
  • Support candidates to access both accredited and non-accredited training programs that cater to their needs and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engagement Team to refer candidates to suitable employers and training providers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in recruitment, workforce development, employment services, or candidate support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of aged care or disability sectors and relevant compliance requirements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
