Hospitality Manager Position

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our hospitality services and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents in our aged care home.

The successful candidate will have leadership experience in hospitality, food service or customer service roles, preferably in aged care. They will be responsible for managing all hospitality functional areas to deliver exceptional services.

The key focus areas of this position are:

  • Overseeing the efficient operation of hospitality services
  • Managing resources to deliver cost-effective hospitality services
  • Promoting a relationship-centred approach to service provision with residents, families, employees and other stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly
  • Strong customer-centric skills and relationship building abilities
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management, Aged Care Management or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to positively influence others
  • Effective conflict resolution skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety
  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft suite
