Key Responsibilities

As our next Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pub. This includes getting to know the locals and supporting the Publican in keeping the pub running smoothly and safely.

You will also be responsible for learning the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of hospitality legends. This will involve handling any hiccups before they turn into headaches and bringing energy, service, and smiles to every shift.

About You

We are looking for someone who has experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role. You should have learned from great managers and now be ready to step up and take on new challenges.

You will need to have confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away. A current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements are also essential.
