This is an exciting career opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a Hotel Duty Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a drive to succeed, able to work independently and as part of a team, take pride in their work and responsibilities, have excellent leadership skills and want to progress their career.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure seamless hotel operations on designated shifts.
- Accurately and efficiently complete cash reconciliations.
- Supervise staff by providing clear direction and promoting a positive team environment.
- Maintain high service standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Lead by example and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Contribute to event management and marketing ideas to drive business results.
- Proficiency in food and beverage management in a high-calibre hotel venue with at least two years' experience.
- Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.
- Experience in managing events and implementing marketing ideas is advantageous.
- High standard of customer service, clear communication, and professional presentation.
