Therapeutic Franchise Lead

The ideal candidate will serve as an operational expert in a relevant therapeutic area. They will be responsible for developing strategies to support new business proposals and the holistic sale to delivery of contracted work within their area of expertise.

Key responsibilities include creating and optimizing innovative and compelling delivery strategies, working with experts to differentiate the company in assigned areas, actively supporting long-term business growth through collaboration with stakeholders, and engaging and coordinating operations team members to align with the global operational strategy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hands-on operational project delivery, a minimum of 10 years global clinical research experience, and up-to-date knowledge of the industry. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong business acumen.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related science or health care discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years global clinical research experience
  • Minimum of 5 years global business development experience
  • Expert experience in one or more operational areas
  • Up-to-date knowledge and access to information that supports effectiveness as an Operational Strategy lead
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills
