About The Role

We are seeking a commercially-minded Account Manager to join our fast-paced, rapidly scaling team. This is a field-based role that requires you to travel to venues and drive restaurant success on the EatClub platform.

You will be responsible for optimising partner performance, strengthening retention, and contributing to the revenue growth of your portfolio. We consult on pricing strategy, venue performance, and operational improvements that directly impact a venue's bottom line.

The right person will bring strong relationship and communication skills, an eye for commercial value, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves in a high-growth startup. You will report into a Regional Manager and work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
