Restaurant Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth operation of a busy restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance run efficiently.

Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service by providing exceptional support to staff and addressing any concerns or feedback from customers.

\

Monitor and control costs associated with food and labor expenses while collaborating with the franchise owner and company management to achieve business objectives.

\

Accurate record-keeping and generating reports related to restaurant performance are also essential duties of this role.
