Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially-minded professional to drive regional growth and cultivate existing restaurant relationships.

This role involves driving regional growth, maintaining and growing relationships between restaurants and their partners, proactively assisting customers, and adhering to internal processes.

You will have ownership of your restaurant portfolio's results and be responsible for their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving regional growth across different zones
  • Maintaining and growing relationships between restaurants and their partners
  • Proactively assisting customers and driving strong growth in their sales
  • Adhering to internal processes and utilizing our team to complete administrative work
  • Working closely with marketing and operations to deliver an optimized restaurant experience
  • Innovating and presenting strategic thoughts and understanding to HQ to increase growth and efficiencies
  • Understanding and tracking metrics at a zone and region level

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years working experience in a commercial environment where you have to deal with many clients/customers
  • Commercially-minded and results-oriented
  • Self-starter, hard-worker, and well-organized
  • Able to work autonomously and manage your own portfolio of restaurants
  • Ownership of your restaurant portfolio's results and responsible for their success
