Regional Promotions Professional

We are seeking a skilled Regional Promotions Professional to execute national promotions and support state-based promotional programs. This is an opportunity to drive improved promotional performance by working with the National State Promotions Manager.


About the Role

This full-time position in Truganina VIC involves proactive collaboration with teams to support state execution of strategies and projects. The successful candidate will analyse, plan and report on retail and wholesale promotional sales performance and GP$.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver promotional tasks including catalogue checks, pricing, stock availability, allocations and queries.
  • Analyse and report on promotional sales performance and GP$ to improve promotional effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the National Promotions & Trading Teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • Results-Driven: 5+ years in FMCG sales or promotions with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Confident in presenting to large groups and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborative & Detail-Oriented: Works well in team environments, manages time effectively in fast-paced settings, and maintains high attention to detail.
  • Retail & Promotions Expertise: Understands Independent Retailer networks, shopper behaviour, and catalogue/print production processes.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and cloud-based tools.
