• Develop, implement and lead a whole-school F–6 mathematics curriculum that promotes student success.
• Evidence of successfully embedding current approaches in mathematics instruction to drive improvement and measure student growth.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading collaborative planning and building teacher capacity to improve student outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills to use data and evidence to inform instructional decisions.
• Experience in supporting staff to differentiate learning and ensure all students are challenged and supported in their mathematical development.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with students, teachers and parents.

• A proven track record of delivering high-quality mathematics programs that achieve outstanding results.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills to guide and support teaching staff.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
• Capacity to develop and maintain effective partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community.
