Job Title: Lead Credit Strategist

We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Lead Credit Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the credit and billing domain.

This role is accountable for shaping and executing the credit strategy, while leading a large team and driving cross-business collaboration to deliver strong credit management, exceptional customer experiences, and operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to the development and execution of long-term business strategies and customer experience objectives.">
• Lead the design and improvement of systems, processes, and technologies that support efficient operations and service delivery.">
• Establish and manage debt recovery and credit management frameworks that achieve financial targets while maintaining customer focus.">

• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, reporting obligations, and maintain strong business continuity planning.">

What you need to have:

• 10+ year's experience in a similar or related role preferred.">
• Experience in the Utilities/ Telecommunication/ Financial Services domain.">
• Relevant Accounting / Finance qualifications.">
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to manage and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.">
• Ability to use initiative and be proactive - lead transformation projects.">
• Excellent time management skills.">
