Business Transformation Lead

Are you a seasoned business transformation professional with expertise in implementing and managing SAP S/4HANA solutions? We are seeking a key member to drive business growth by leading complex projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and effective stakeholder management.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between teams, promoting effective project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance and strategic direction to junior team members, fostering continuous learning and development.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, presenting project updates, progress, and necessary changes or risks.
Requirements:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (10+ years) as a Project Manager, preferably in SAP implementations, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of SAP S/4HANA, including its capabilities, limitations, and potential impacts on business processes.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced project management certification in SAP S/4HANA, experience in leading large-scale transformations involving multiple geographies and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with other IBM or SAP technologies and solutions.
